Who we are
Ken is a personal AI assistant operated by its founders, Sasha Potapov and Artem Kuzmych ("Ken", "we", "us"). It connects your calendar, inbox, notes, tasks, and health signals, and advises you on where your attention is best spent — over Telegram. For anything in this policy, contact us at main@sigmacube.ai.
What we collect
On this website (heylumen.app):
- Analytics. We use Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics tool. It collects aggregate page statistics only — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.
- Booking. If you book an onboarding call, Cal.com collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
In the Ken service (when you become a user):
- Account basics. Your name, email, and Telegram account ID.
- Connected sources you choose. Calendar events and email from your Google account (via Google sign-in), and health signals — such as sleep, recovery, and activity — from wearables you connect (e.g. Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health).
- What you tell Ken. Messages, voice notes, tasks, and notes you send to your assistant in Telegram.
- Billing. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem); we don't see or store your card details.
How we use your data
For one purpose: running your assistant. Your data is used to build your daily brief, surface suggestions, answer your questions, and learn your context so the advice gets sharper. Concretely, that means we do not:
- sell your data, or share it with advertisers or data brokers;
- use your data to train AI models — not ours, not anyone's;
- show you ads or build advertising profiles.
Where your data lives
Each user gets a private, isolated instance — your data sits in your own instance's storage, not in a shared pool with other users. Instances are hosted on servers we operate (currently on DigitalOcean infrastructure), with access protected by authentication and encrypted connections (TLS).
The services that help us run Ken
Ken relies on a small set of processors, each used only to provide the service:
- AI model providers. Your assistant's reasoning runs on third-party AI models via their APIs, under terms that prohibit those providers from training on your data.
- Telegram. Your conversation with Ken happens in Telegram, so messages transit Telegram's platform under Telegram's own policies.
- Google. Calendar and email access uses Google sign-in, with scopes you approve.
- Wearable platforms. Health data comes from the providers you connect (e.g. Oura, Whoop, Garmin), under their terms.
- DigitalOcean (hosting), Creem (payments), Plausible (site analytics), Cal.com (onboarding scheduling).
Google user data
Ken's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide your assistant's features to you — never for advertising, and never transferred except as necessary to provide those features, comply with law, or as part of a merger with notice to you.
Health data
Sleep, recovery, and activity signals are used solely to advise you — for example, suggesting when to schedule demanding work. Ken is not a medical device and its suggestions are not medical advice. Health data is never shared or sold, and connecting a wearable is entirely optional.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your instance is active. You can disconnect any source at any time, and its data stops flowing immediately. If you leave, we delete your instance and everything in it. You can also request deletion at any time — message your assistant or email main@sigmacube.ai, and we'll confirm when it's done.
Your rights
Wherever you are, we honor the core rights: you can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, or have it deleted. Email main@sigmacube.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these correspond to your GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
Ken is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you — in Telegram or by email — before the change takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page.
