Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and the operators of Ken — its founders, Sasha Potapov and Artem Kuzmych ("Ken", "we", "us"). By using heylumen.app or the Ken service, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 18.

2. What Ken is

Ken is a personal AI assistant that connects sources you choose — calendar, email, notes, tasks, wearables — and advises you on how to spend your attention, over Telegram. It is currently in private beta: access is by invitation, every user is onboarded personally by us, and features change frequently.

Ken is an advisor, not an executor. It surfaces suggestions; decisions and their consequences remain yours. Its output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice — and like all AI systems, it can be wrong. Verify anything important before acting on it.

3. Your account

You access Ken through your Telegram account and connect third-party sources through their own sign-in flows. Keep your accounts secure — anyone with access to your Telegram can talk to your assistant. Tell us immediately at main@sigmacube.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Billing

5. Your data

Your content — messages, notes, tasks, connected data — is yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to process it for you: to run your private instance and generate your briefs and suggestions. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models. The details, including deletion, live in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Ken to break the law, harm others, or send abusive content; don't probe, overload, or disrupt the service or other users' instances; don't resell access or misrepresent Ken's output as guaranteed fact. We can suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Third-party services

Ken works on top of services we don't control — Telegram, Google, wearable platforms, payment processing. Their terms govern your use of them, and if one of them changes or breaks their side, some Ken features may stop working; we're not responsible for those services.

8. Beta service, as-is

We work hard to keep Ken reliable, but it's early software provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features (or the beta itself) as the product evolves — if we ever shut down the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and honor the data-deletion promises in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, missed meetings, or decisions made on Ken's advice — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending things

You can stop using Ken and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms. When your service ends — either way — your instance and its data are deleted per the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll notify you — in Telegram or by email — before the change takes effect, and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Ken after that means you accept the new terms.
